Regular Crepes Recipe

Ingredients
All purpose flour (1 1/2c), eggs (2), vanilla extract (1/2tsp), melted butter (2tbsp), milk (2c), salt (1/2tsp), baking powder (1/2tsp), white sugar (1tbsp).

Method of preparation:-
French crepesTake a large bowl, sieve flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in it. Mix rest of the ingredients in it until the mixture becomes smooth. Take a griddle, oiled it lightly and then heat it over medium heat. Then pour the scoop of batter on the griddle. Use ¼ cup of batter for each crepe. Slant the pan in circular motion so that the batter coats the surface lightly. Now cook the crepes for about 2 minutes until they change to light brown in color. Then turn the sides of crepe with spatula and cook the other side. Pile the cooked crepes by putting wax paper between each one. Cover the crepes with dry cloth until they get ready to eat.
