Sumptuous Poached Pears with Creamy Hot Chocolate Sauce Recipe

This delicious, easy and elegant French dish contains the pears poached with the vanilla chocolate and is very tasty.
Ingredients:
Pears (4), Heavy Cream (1 1/4 cup), Semi-sweet Baking Chocolate (10 oz.), Vanilla Extract (2 tsp), Honey (3 tbsp), White Wine – fruity is best (1 bottle), Lemon (1), Black Pepper (1 tbsp.)
Method Of Preparation:-
Take a pot and mix the honey, wine and pepper in it. Boil them lightly and then simmer it for 15 minutes. Now peel the pears and sprinkle lemon juice over them. Put in the pot and let them cook in the wine. Remove from the heat once they are cooked and cook the wine on high heat so that it becomes thick syrup. Cool the pears and wine. Now prepare the chocolate cream by mixing vanilla, chocolate pieces and cream. Cook them on a low heat with stirring until it becomes a smooth paste. Refrigerate the cream. To serve keep pear and then pour cream and syrup on the top.
