Vanilla Crepes Recipe

Ingredients
1. All purpose flour (1 1/2c)
2. vanilla extract (2tbsp)
3. egg yolks (3)
4. milk (1 1/2c)
5. melted butter (5tbsp)
6. salt (1/2tsp)
7. sugar (2tbsp)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large bowl, mix egg yolks, milk and vanilla in it. Then add flour, melted butter, salt and sugar in it. Mix it until the mixture gets well blended.

2. Take a crepe pan; heat it over medium heat until it gets hot. Coat the crepe pan with cooking spray or vegetable oil. Then pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan and spread it to the edges.

3. When the bubbles appear on the top and the edges get dry then turn it over and cook it on other side until it becomes lightly brown and the edges get golden color. Repeat the process with the rest of the batter.

4. Now fill the crepes with your favorite fruit, caramel, cheese or ice cream and then serve them.
