Christmas Cranberry Salad Recipe

1. Crushed pineapples, drained (1can about 20 ounce)
2. white sugar (2c)
3. cranberries, finely ground (1 pound)
4. whipped cream, beaten stiff (1pint)
5. chopped pecans (1c optional)
6. miniature marshmallows (1package about 16 ounce)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large bowl, mix cranberries and sugar in it. Cover the bowl and keep it in the refrigerator for overnight.
2. Next day in the bowl of cranberries mixture add pecans, marshmallows, pineapple and whipped cream. Mix all these ingredients properly.
3. Take a serving dish of 3 quart, pour the mixture in it. Then cover the dish and place it in the refrigerator or freeze it until it is ready to serve.
