Fried Fruit Recipe

1. Flour (1/2c)
2. eggs (2)
3. fresh pineapple, 3 inch long and 1 inch wide (6pieces)
4. firm bananas (6)
5. butter (1/3c)
6. cinnamon (1tsp)
7. dark rum (1tbsp optional)
8. packed brown sugar (1/4c)
9. whipping cream (1c)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a flat dish; lightly beat the eggs in it. Take another flat dish, mix flour and cinnamon in it. Take a large heavy frying pan, place it over heat and heat butter in it.
2. Take bananas, peel them and then cut them in half lengthwise and then in half crosswise. First dip the banana and pineapple pieces in egg and then roll in flour cinnamon mixture. Now fry them in hot butter until they get changes to golden brown.
3. Take a bowl, beat cream and brown sugar in it until it becomes stiff and then mix rum in it with rubber scraper. Then pour it over the fried fruit and serve it.
