Crushed pineapple, drained (1can about 8 1/4ounces), banana (1large), lemon juice (2tbsp), chopped pecans (1/3c), cut up dates (1/3c), halved maraschino cherries, drained (1/3c), mandarin orange segments, drained (1can about 11 ounce), creamy white frosting mix (1pacakage about 15.4 ounces).
Method of preparation:-
Take a small mixing bowl; add frosting mix and whipping cream in the bowl. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to chill it. Then beat it until the soft peaks form. Take banana, peel it and then cut it into slices. Add banana slices in the frosting mixture and then add the rest of the ingredients in it. Take two baking pans of 9*9*2-inches, pour the mixture in these pans. Place the pans in the freezer and freeze them until the mixture gets firm. Take out the pans from the freezer 5 minutes before cutting. Then cut it into squares and serve it.
