Fruit Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
1. Berries or other fruit, fresh or dried, chopped (1c)
2. boiling sweet cider (2 1/2c)
3. salt (1/2tsp)
4. rye flour (1/4c)
5. ground nutmeg (1/4tsp)
6. orange rind, grated (2tsp)
7. lemon rind grated (2tsp)
8. oil (1tsp)
9. honey (1/4c)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a saucepan; add boiling sweet cider in it. Sieve flour and salt into the cider in saucepan. Cook this mixture by stirring over gentle heat until the mixture gets thickens. Then add fruits in it and again cook it for 1 minute.

2. Then take off the pan from heat and mix the rest of the ingredients in it properly. Take serving dishes and pour the pudding into the dishes. Now the pudding is ready. Serve it hot or place it in refrigerator until it gets cold and then serve it.
