For Sandesh:-
1. Low fat milk (1tbsp)
2. low fat milk powder (2tsp)
3. sugar substitute (1/2 sachet )
4. low fat paneer or cottage cheese (3/4c)
For Orange Sauce:-
1. Lemon juice (2 to 3 drops)
2. sugar substitute (1/2 sachet)
3. corn flour (1/3tsp)
4. fresh orange juice (1/4c)
For Garnish:-
1. Chopped fresh fruits like strawberries and oranges (1/4c)
Method of preparation:-
1. For The Sandesh; take a blender, mix all the ingredients in the container of blender. Blend these ingredients to make smooth paste.
2. Take a serving dish of 4-inch diameter, spread sandesh or smooth paste in it and place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to chill.
3. For The Orange Sauce; take a non stick pan, mix all the ingredients except sugar substitute in it. Mix it well and then cook for about 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce gets thickens.
4. Take off the pan from heat and keep it to cool completely. Now add the sugar substitute and mix it properly. Then decorate the sandesh with chopped fruits and cut it into squares and serve with orange sauce.
