Kiwi Ice Pops Recipe

Ingredients
1. Kiwis (4)
2. sugar (1c)
3. water (1 3/4c)
4. fresh lime juice (1/2c of about 4 limes)

Method of preparation:-
1. To Make Syrup; take a small saucepan, place it over heat. Add 1 cup of water and sugar in it. Keep it to boil until the sugar gets dissolve. Then take off the pan from heat and keep it to cool.

2. To Make Ice Pops; take kiwi, cut it into quarters with paring knife. Peel and take out the seeds and white core from each piece.

3. Take food processor, place the kiwi pieces in the bowl of the processor fitted with metal blades. Process it for about 1 minute to make the puree to a liquid.

4. Take a large bowl, add pureed kiwi, ¾ cup of water, lime juice, ¾ cup of syrup in it. Mix all these ingredients well. Now pour the mixture into the molds. Place the molds in the refrigerator to freeze for about 6 hours until it becomes solid.
