Lemon Chiffon Pudding Recipe

1. Egg whites (2)
2. milk (3/4c)
3. yolks, beaten (2eggs)
4. lemon juice (3tbsp)
5. butter, softened (2tbsp)
6. sugar (2/3c)
7. all purpose flour (3 ½ tbsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C. Take a large bowl, add flour and sugar in it and mix it well. Mix butter in it until the mixture becomes smooth. Slowly beat milk, lemon juice and eggs yolks in it.
2. Take a clean metal or glass bowl, whip egg whites in it with an electric mix until stiff peaks get form. Add egg whites into the lemon mixture. Mix it well and then pour this mixture into the casserole dish.
3. Place the dish in oven and bake it for about 35 minutes until it gets set. When the pudding gets ready then takes it out from the oven and serves it warm or chilled.
