Magnificent Mango Pie Recipe

Ripe mangoes, peeled, seeded and diced (2 to 3 large), refrigerated pie crust (1 about ½ of 15 oz package), powdered sugar (2tbsp), whipping cream (1c), unflavored Knox gelatin (1 package), lemon juice (2tbsp), mini marshmallows (1c), salt (1/4tsp), sugar (1/3c), whipping cream (for garnishing), mango, peeled seeded and diced (1).
Method of preparation:-
Take pie pan of 9 inch. Bake the pie crust according to the instructions on the package. Take a blender, blend the mangoes in it to make puree. Take a saucepan of medium size, place it over medium heat. Heat the mango puree in it until the bubbles appear. Then add salt, sugar and marshmallows in it. Stir the mixture until the marshmallow gets dissolve. Turn down the heat to low. Meanwhile, take a small cup, add lemon juice in it and sprinkle gelatin over it. Stir it and keep it for 1 minute and then add it into the mango puree in the sauce pan. Mix it until the gelatin gets completely dissolve. Now take off the pan from heat and keep it to cool. Take a chilled mixing bowl, beat 1 cup of whipping cream and powdered sugar in it with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Then add diced mango and mango mixture in it. Mix it well. Place this mixture into the baked crust. Place it in refrigerator for about 3 to 4 minutes until it gets set. Decorate it with whipped cream and then serve it.
