Peach Berry Cobbler Recipe

All purpose flour (1c0, milk (1/2c), baking powder (1 1/2tsp), white sugar (1/2c), cold water (1/2c), cornstarch (1tbsp), packed brown sugar (1/4c), butter, softened (1/4c), ground nutmeg (1/4tsp), coarse granulated sugar (2tbsp), lemon juice (1tbsp), butter (1tbsp), fresh blueberries (1c), fresh peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced (3c).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C. Take a bowl of medium size, add flour, baking powder, ½ cup of white sugar in it and then mix ¼ cup of butter and milk in it until the mixture becomes smooth. Take a saucepan of medium size, add water, cornstarch and brown sugar in it. Mix blueberries and peaches in it. Cook this mixture over medium heat until it gets bubbly and becomes thick. Then mix 1 tablespoon of butter and lemon juice in it. Keep on cooking until the butter gets melt. Take an ungreased baking dish of 1 ½ quart. Pour the mixture into the dish and place the batter in mounds over the hot fruit with spoon. Take a small bowl, mix nutmeg and coarse sugar in it and then dust this mixture over the batter. Now place the dish in shallow baking pan. Then place the pan in oven and bake it for about 35 minutes at 350 degrees F. Bake the cobbler until it gets bubbly and the wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
