Peach Whirls Recipe

1. Self rising Flour (2c)
2. butter (2tbsp)
3. brown sugar (2tbsp)
4. cinnamon (1tbsp)
5. red hot candies (1/2c)
6. sliced cling peaches (3cans about 20 oz)
7. baking soda (1/2tsp)
8. baking powder (1tsp)
9. chopped pecans (1/2 c optional)
10. sugar and cinnamon mixed (for dusting)
11. milk (2/3c)
12. sugar (2tbsp)
13. cold butter (1/c)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a pan of 9*13-inch, add butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, red hot candies and sliced cling peaches in it. Heat this mixture in oven at 400 degrees and keep it aside.
2. Take a mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar, soda and baking powder in it. Cut butter in it with blender, two knives or with fingers. Then add milk and mix it well.
3. Make a dough, roll it on floured surface to make 8*12-inch rectangle. Apply the melted butter over it and dust the mixture of cinnamon and sugar in it. Dust with pecans and roll it.
4. Now cut it into 12 slices and place these slices over the warm peaches mixture with cut side down. Now bake the rolls in oven at 400 degrees F for about 20 minutes until the rolls gets brown in color. When they get ready then serve them hot with whipped topping.
