Pineapple Crisp Recipe

All purpose flour (1c), egg (1), salt (1/2tsp), baking powder (1tsp), brown sugar (1c), crushed pineapple, drained (2cans about 20 ounce), ground cinnamon (1tsp), melted butter (1/2c).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C. Take a square baking pan of 9*9-inch and spread well drained pineapples into it. Take a bowl of medium size, add flour, baking powder, egg, salt and sugar in it. Mix all these ingredients until the mixture becomes smooth. Put this mixture with spoon over the pineapples in the baking dish. Then pour the melted butter over the mixture and dust cinnamon over it. Now place the dish in oven and bake it for about 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees F. When the pineapple becomes crispy then take out the pan from oven. Now the pineapples crisp hot or cold.
