Tartes Aux Fraises Recipe

Ingredients:
1. Egg whites (3)
2. Almond extracts (¼ t.)
3. Vanilla ice cream (1/2 gal.)
4. Vanilla (1t.)
5. Cream of tartar (½ t.)
6. Strawberries (1 1/2 quarts)
7. Chocolate sauce
8. Granulated sugar (1 cup)
9. Salt (a pinch)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. For shells take the baking sheets and cover them with brown paper. Now draw the circles of 3 inch, around 10 in number and place them 2 inch wide on the paper.
2. Now take egg white and add vanilla, cream, salt ( pinch) and almond extract. Beat it to make soft peaks. Now slowly and gradually add sugar with continuous beating. Beat it to make stiff peaks.
3. Now put this mixture on the 10 circles you had already made. The quantity used for the circles should be equal to 1/3rd of the cup and equally distributed on each circle.
4. Now bake the circles at 300 degrees until light beige in color for around 35-40 minutes. Let them cool and remove the paper and serve it. If not to be served immediately, wrap them in a wax paper and store them in the cool dry palace. You can serve them with anything you want from chocolate sauce, strawberries and with ice creams anything.
