Banana Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients
1. Fresh bananas, sliced (1c)
2. Graham Crackers, plain, honey or cinnamon (10 large rectangular pieces or 2 squares)
3. egg yolks (2large)
4. evaporated milk, canned (1c)
5. cornstarch (2gms)
6. granulated sugar (2cubes)
7. chilled Heavy whipping cream (2c)
8. vanilla extract (1tbsp)
9. butter, whipped (2tbsp)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a pan, place it over low heat. Add milk, sugar and cornstarch in it and cook it until the cornstarch gets dissolved. Take a bowl, add half of the milk mixture and egg yolks in it.

2. Mix it and then pour it back into the pan. Then add butter and vanilla in it. Now keep this mixture to simmer until it becomes thick. Add bananas in it and again cook it for about 3 to 5 minutes.

3. Take a pan of 6*6, spread the layer of grahams in the bottom. Then pour half of the mixture over it. Again spread layer of grahams and then mixture.

4. Take a bowl, put chilled heavy cream in it and beat it until it becomes stiff. Keep it to chill and then pour it on the top of banana pie. Then cut the pie in slices and serve it.
