Bavarian Blueberry Cream (Low Fat) Recipe

Ingredients
1. Fresh blueberries (1/2c)
2. cold water (1/4c)
3. unflavored gelatin (1packet)
4. fat free sour cream (1small package)
5. salt (1/4tsp)
6. granulated sugar (1/2c)
7. frozen blueberries (1package about 20 oz)
8. fat free dry milk (1/4c)
9. low fat 1% milk (1c)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a small bowl, mix low fat and dry milk in it and beat it until it gets well blended. Then place it in the freezer for about 30 minutes.

2. Take a saucepan of medium size, place it over low heat. Mix sugar, frozen blueberries and salt in it. Keep it to simmer for about 10 minutes until the sugar gets dissolved and the blueberries have broken.

3. Take off the pan from heat and keep it to cool to room temperature. Then add 2/3 cup of sour cream in it. Take another saucepan, add cold water in it and then sprinkle gelatin in it. Keep it for about 5 minutes and then heat it until the gelatin gets dissolved.

4. Then take off the pan from heat and keep it to cool to room temperature. Take a large bowl, beat chilled milk in it with an electric mixer until soft peaks gets form. Then add 1 tbs sugar and beat it until peaks form.

5. Now beat gelatin mixture in it. Add milk mixture into the blueberries mixture and mix it well. Take 6 glasses or dessert bowls and then pour the mixture in these with spoon. Place the glasses in refrigerator to chill for about 6 hours. While serving it add rest of the sour cream and fresh blueberries on the top of each glass.
