Bavarian Vanilla Cream Recipe

Ingredients
1. Cornstarch (1tbsp)
2. sugar (9tbsp)
3. cold water (1/2c)
4. gelatin (1tbsp unflavored)
5. heavy cream, whipped (1c)
6. vanilla (1tsp)
7. vanilla ice-cream (1c)
8. milk (1 1/2c)
9. beaten eggs (2large)
10. fresh fruits like cherry, peach, orange, apple, apricot etc

Method of preparation:-
1. Take a bowl, add cold water in it and sprinkle gelatin over it and then keep it aside until it becomes soft. Then heat it to dissolve the gelatin.

2. Take a bowl, add cornstarch and sugar. Then add eggs in it and beat for about 2 minutes and then add hot milk in it. Beat the mixture regularly and then pour it into a saucepan.

3. Place the pan over medium heat and cook it to make custard. Then add ice-cream and gelatin into the hot custard. When it gets thickened then take off the pan from heat and keep it to cool. Add vanilla and then add whipped cream in it.

4. Then pour this mixture into a mold. Place the mold in refrigerator to chill. Then remove the mold and place it on the serving plate and decorate it with fresh fruits.
