German Cheesecake (Kasekuchen With Mandarin Oranges) Recipe

Mascarpone (250gms), cream (250gms), low fat quark (1.5kg), small amount of butter, salt (1 pinch), vanilla sugar (2 packets), sugar (375gms), eggs (10med.), mandarin oranges (2tins), sliced almonds (50gms), vanilla pudding powder (2pcks), ground almonds (75gms).
Method of preparation:-
Take mandarin oranges, drain them. Take a large bowl, beat eggs in it for about 10 minutes until they get thick and creamy. Then sprinkle salt, vanilla sugar and sugar in it and mix it well. Mix 50 grams of ground almonds, mascarpone, cream and quark in it. Then sift the pudding powder into the mixture and mix it properly. Now add 4/5 of the mandarin oranges in it. Take baking tin, grease it and then sprinkle the rest of the almonds at the bottom of the tin. Now pour the mixture into the tin. Garnish the top of the tin with sliced almonds and rest of the mandarin oranges. Place the tins in oven and bake them for about 1 hour at 175 degrees C. Then take out the tins from oven and keep them to cool. Now the German cheesecake is ready to serve.
