Lemon Soufflé Recipe

This lemon soufflé contains lemon juice with eggs and is very quick and easy to make.

Ingredients:-
1. Egg whites and egg yolks 5 each
2. Grated lemon rind (1 teaspoon)
3. Lemon juice (1/4 cup)
4. Sugar (3/4 cup)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Firstly beat the egg yolks until they are light and add sugar slowly and little by little at a time. Mix well. Now add lemon juice and rind and fold into the beaten egg whites.

2. Now apply butter and sugar to the soufflé dish and pour the mixture over it. Bake it in the oven at 350F for 35 minutes by placing it over the pan of hot water.
