Raspberry Custard Kuchen Recipe

Fresh raspberries (3c), sugar (1/2c), whipping cream (2tbsp), cold butter or margarine (1/2c), salt (1/2tsp), all purpose flour, divided (1 1/2c).
For Topping:- All purpose flour (1tbsp), sugar (1c), vanilla extract (1tsp), whipping cream (1c) and beaten eggs (2).
Method of preparation:-
Take a bowl, mix 1cup of flour and salt in it. Cut in butter in it until the mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Mix cream in it. Take a baking pan of 13*9*2-inch, grease it well. Put mixture in it and pat it. Take a bowl, mix rest of the flour and sugar in it. Sprinkle this mixture over the crust. Then place the raspberries over the crust in the baking pan.
For Topping:- Take a bowl, mix sugar and flour in it and then beat eggs, vanilla and cream in it. Pour this mixture over the berries. Place the pan in oven and bake it for about 40 to 45 minutes at 375 degrees F. bake it until it turns lightly brown in color. Serve it warm or chilled and then store it in the refrigerator.
