Ricotta Filled Fruit Recipe

1. Ricotta cheese (250gms)
2. plums, peaches or nectarines (8)
3. ground star anise (1tsp)
4. light brown sugar (2tbsp)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take fruits, cut them in halves and then remove the stones from them.
2. Take a small bowl, mix ricotta cheese, star anise and sugar in it. Mix these ingredients well and then place the mixture in the center of the fruit halves with teaspoon.
3. Then place the filled fruits under a medium grill for about 8 to 10 minutes. Now the ricotta filled fruit dessert is ready to serve. Serve it warm or cold.
