Sour Cream Peach Kuchen Recipe

Ingredients
All purpose flour (3c), sliced peaches, drained (2cans about 29 ounce), cold butter or margarine (1c), salt (1/4tsp), baking powder (1/2tsp), sugar, divided (1 1/4c), ground cinnamon (1tsp).
For Topping:- Ground cinnamon (1/4tsp), sugar (2tbsp), sour cream (2c), egg yolks (4).

Method of preparation:-
Take a bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder and ¼ cup of sugar in it. Mix butter in it until the mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Take a baking dish of 13 *9*2-inch, grease it and then place the batter in it. Press the batter on the bottom and 1- inch up the sides of the dish. Then place the peaches over the crust. Take a small bowl, mix cinnamon and rest of the sugar in it and then dust it over the peaches. Place the dish in oven and bake it for 15 minutes at 400 degrees F. Take a bowl, mix sour cream and egg yolks in it and then spread it over the peaches. Mix cinnamon and sugar and dust it over the top. Place the dish in oven and bake it for about 30 to 35 minutes at 400 degrees F bake it until it becomes golden brown. Serve it warm or cold and store the left over in the refrigerator.
