Cranberry Baklava Recipe

1. Fresh or frozen cranberries, finely chopped (1 1/2c)
2. butter, melted (1c)
3. frozen phyllo dough, thawed (1package about 16 ounce)
4. honey (1 1/2c)
5. ground cinnamon (1tsp)
6. sugar (1c)
7. finely chopped walnuts (1c)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a baking dish of 13*9*2-inch, grease it. Take phyllo dough; trim it to get fit in the pan. Spread the 6 sheets of phyllo dough in greased baking dish.
2. Take a bowl, mix cranberries, cinnamon, sugar and walnuts in it. Dust 1 ¼ cups of cranberry mixture over the top layer of phyllo. Layer and brush the 6 layers of phyllo dough with butter and again spread 1 ¼ cups of cranberry mixture on the top.
3. Again layer and brush 6 more sheets of dough and then spread the rest of the cranberry mixture on the top. Again top with rest of the dough sheets, brush each sheet with butter. Take a knife and cut halfway through layers to make about 24 pieces.
4. Place the pieces in oven and bake them for about 60 to 70 minutes at 325 degrees F until they get golden brown color.
5. Take a small saucepan, place it over heat. Add honey in it and heat it over low heat until it gets warm and thin and then pour it over warm baklavas. Place the baklavas on wire rack to cool.
