1. Farina (3/2c)

4. butter (1/2lb)
5. lemon juice (2tbsp)
6. water (2c)
7. vanilla (2tsp)
8. milk (1/2c)
9. ground walnuts (3/2c)
10. dash of salt
11. baking powder (4tsp)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a bowl, cream butter in it and then add sugar in it. Keep on creaming until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Then add eggs in it one by one and then beat it after each addition.
2. Now add farina, milk, salt, vanilla, baking powder and walnuts in it. Beat all these ingredients until they get well blended. Take a loaf pan of 10-inch, butter it and then pour the mixture in it.
3. Place the pan in oven and bake it for about 50 minutes at 375 degrees F. Meanwhile make syrup, take a pan, add water, rest of the ½ cup of sugar and lemon juice in it.
4. Keep this mixture to boil for about 10 to 12 minutes over low heat until the mixture gets thick. When the cake gets baked then takes it out from the oven. Now pour the syrup over hot cake. Keep the cake to cool and then serve it.
