Mous Yiaourti Cream Mousse Recipe

Ingredients
Thick Greek Yogurt (2 1/2c), If thick Greek Yogurt is unavailable, you can strain unflavored commercial yogurt to use, confectioner’s sugar (3 level tbsp), whipping cream or heavy cream (2c), hot water or tap water (3tbsp), unflavored granulated gelatin (3/4tsp).

Method Of Preparation:-
Cream MousseTake some hot water in a bowl, dissolve gelatin in it. To make whipped cream, take a bowl, beat sugar and cream in it until the cream becomes thick and stiff. Take another bowl, add yogurt and dissolved gelatin in it. Mix it properly. Take a spatula; add the yogurt mixture into the whipped cream with spatula. Mix both the mixtures thoroughly. Now place the bowl in the refrigerator until it is ready to use. Use Mousse cream as a topping on cakes and shortbreads or use it as a dessert on its own.
