Rizogalon is one of the great dish which is tasty and delicious whether you serve it hot or cold.
Ingredients
Short grain rice (1/3 cup), Milk (1 quart), Powdered cinnamon, Lemon peel (1 tbs. finely grated), Sugar (1/2 cup), Raisins (1/2 cup)
Method Of Preparation:-
Add water and rice in the pan and cook for 5 minutes, covered. If water has evaporated before rice is cooked add more water. Add milk and sugar in a saucepan and boil it over medium heat. Now add rice and water in it and boil with continuous stirring. Now add raisins and grated peel of lemon and simmer the gas and cook till creamy and thick. Sprinkle cinnamon before serving.
