Rizogalon Recipe

Ingredients
1. Short grain rice (1/3 cup)
2. Milk (1 quart)
3. egg (1
4. Lemon peel (1 tbs. finely grated)
5. Sugar (1/2 cup)
6. water (1/2c)
7. salt (a pinch)
8. cinnamon (for sprinkling)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Firstly wash the rice. Now in a heavy bottomed pan, add sugar, rice, salt, water and milk. Boil it over medium heat. After some time slow down the heat and cook it uncover for an hour stirring occasionally.
2. Then add lemon peel and stir it occasionally for another half an hour. Stir it till the mixture becomes thick. Then take off from the heat and keep aside.
3. Take a bowl and beat egg in it. Add a few spoonful of the rice mixture in it and mix it properly. Then add this mixture to the mixture of rice. Heat it for few minutes.
4. Now take serving dishes and pour Rizogalon into it. Sprinkle cinnamon over it and refrigerate it.
