Apricot Cherry Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients
1. Milk (3/4c)
2. butter (5tbsp)
3. orange zest (1/2tsp)
4. baking powder (2tsp)
5. sugar (1 1/2tbsp + 1tsp)
6. salt (1/4tsp)
7. cornmeal (1/2c)
8. flour (1tbsp +1c)
9. pitted fresh cherries (2c)
10. sugar (1/3c)
11. fresh apricot, sliced (8)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Mix apricots and 1/3 cup of sugar in a bowl and keep it aside. Then mix cherries and 1 tablespoon of flour and keep it aside.

2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, reserve 1teaspoon of sugar. Mix orange peel in it. Cut in butter until the mixture looks like coarse meal. Then add milk in it and then mix it just to moisten the mixture.

3. Take a baking dish of 1 ½ quarter, butter it and then mix fruits in it and then add batter over fruit and then dust rest of the sugar over it. Place the dish in oven and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes until it gets golden brown. Take out the dish from oven and keep it to cool slightly.
