Brownie Bitty Recipe

Ingredients
1. Brown rice flour (1/3c)
2. whole eggs (2)
3. vanilla (to taste)
4. cocoa powder (1/3c+1tsp)
5. Xylitol or natural sweetener (3/4c)
6. butter (1stick)
7. cheesecake or butterscotch flavored, sugar free pudding (1 small packet)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. First melt butter and then add cocoa and Xylitol in it and mix them together. Add eggs and vanilla in it and then blend it with mixer. Add brown rice flour and natural sweetner and blend it with mixer. Now add pudding in it and blend it well.

2. Take a cookie sheet, line it with foil. Drop the mixture with spoon on the sheet about 1 to 2-inches a part. Place the cookie sheet in oven and bake it for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees F. When the brownies get baked then take them out from oven and keep them to cool.
