Low Carb Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

1. Prepared graham cracker pie crust (1 about 9-inch)
2. Splenda baking sugar (heaping 1/4c)
3. cream cheese at room temperature (1package about 8 oz)
4. heavy whipping cream (1 1/2c)
5. no sugar added peanut butter (1c)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a large bowl, add cream cheese and peanut butter in it. Beat the mixture until it becomes smooth.
2. Take another bowl, add splenda and heavy cream in it and then beat it until it gets stiff. Check the taste and add more splenda in it if necessary. Add a bit of whipped cream at a time into the cream cheese and peanut butter mixture.
3. Beat the mixture until it gets well blended. Place a scoop of mixture into the pie crust and spread it smoothly to edges. Place the pie in the refrigerator for about 4 hours to chill.
