Really Healthy Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
Whole wheat flour (1 1/2c), raisins (1c), chopped walnuts (1 1/3c), old fashioned oats (3 1/4c), mashed bananas (1/3c), unsweetened applesauce (1 single serving cup or 3.9 oz), vanilla (1tsp), egg whites (2), splenda granulated (1 1/4c), canola oil (1c), salt (1/2tsp), cinnamon (1tsp), baking soda (1tsp).

Method Of Preparation:-
Really Healthy Oatmeal CookiesTake a small bowl, place raisins in it and then pour hot water to cover the raisins and keep the bowl aside. Take a bowl of medium size, add flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda in it. Mix the ingredients properly and keep the bowl aside. Now heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a large bowl, mix splenda and oil in it and then beat vanilla and egg whites in it. Then mix banana and applesauce in it. Now mix flour mixture in it. Drain water from the raisins and place the raisins on paper towel to remove the excess moisture. Mix walnuts, oats and raisins in the prepared mixture and mix it well. Take a cookie sheet; lightly grease it with non stick spray. Place the rounded tablespoon of mixture on the greased sheet. Place the cookie sheet in oven and bake cookies at 350 degrees F for 8 to 9 minutes until the top of the cookies get lightly firm to touch. Then take them out from oven and keep them to cool. These cookies are healthy enough to eat.
