Hot Fudge Pudding Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
All-purpose flour (1 cup), Baking powder (1 tsp), Skim milk (½ cup), Unsweetened cocoa (4 tablespoons), Vegetable oil (1 tablespoon), Vanilla ice milk (4 cups), Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon), Boiling water (1 cup), Salt (3/8 teaspoon), Sugar (5/6 cup)

Method Of Preparation:-
Take a bowl and mix flour, ½ cup sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, ¼ tsp salt and baking powder and stir well. Now add skim milk, vanilla and oil and mix and stir well. Add this mixture into a baking pan. Now combine the rest of sugar, salt and cocoa powder and sprinkle it on the batter. Pour boiling water on it and bake for 30 minutes or until the cake springs back when it is lightly touched in the centre at 350 degrees.
