This is very tasty recipe and it contains heavy cream, sugar and blue berry puree.

Ingredients:-
1. Blueberry puree (1/2 cup)
2. Granulated sugar (3/4 cup)
3. Heavy cream (1/2 cup)
4. Juice of 1 lemon

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Firstly whip the cream in the bowl until peaks stand. Now combine all the ingredients in the cream and blend them well.

2. Now pour this mixture into a small shallow pan, cover and freeze it until it is ready to serve. Now add this frozen mixture into a mixer and beat it until smooth. Serve it in sherbet dishes.
