This almond (Badam) kheer takes no time in preparation and it contains milk, sugar and almonds, so tasty as well as healthy.

Ingredients:
1. Almond (Badam) (1/2 cup)
2. Cardamoms (5 crushed)
3. Milk (2 cups)
4. Sugar (3 tbsp)
5. A pinch of Saffron (Kesar) – soaked in lukewarm milk
6. water (1/2 liter)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a half liter of water in a pan and bring it to boil. Now add the almonds in the boiling water and cook it for around 2 minutes. Remove from heat and drain the water.

2. Make a paste of almonds and be sure to remove the skin of the almonds. Now boil the milk and add almond paste and sugar in the boiling milk and cook it for 5 minutes with continuous stirring on a low flame.

3. Remove from the flame and add saffron and cardamom. Refrigerate it and serve it chill.
