This recipe is really very tangy and amazing for the person who sees it for the first time. The ingredients used in it are easily available and almost present in home so you can make them anytime.

Ingredients:
1. Fine grained semolina or rice flour (1 ½ tbsp)
2. All purpose flour (maida) (2 cups)
3. Curd (plain yogurt) (2 tbsp)
4. Saffron threads, slowly dry-roasted and powdered (½ tsp)
5. Baking powder (1/4th tsp)
6. Green cardamom seeds powder (½ tsp)
7. Kewra water or rose water (1 ½ tbsp)
8. Warm water {11/4th cups ( for ladoos)}
9. Water {2 2/3rd cups ( for sugar syrup)}
10. Sugar (3 cups)
11. Ghee or vegetable oil for frying

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a bowl and mix maida, baking powder, curd, rice flour and water (3/4th cup). Mix them properly and then add remaining water and saffron powder (1/8th tsp.). whisk it to make it a smooth paste.

2. Now set aside for two hours for fermentation. Before use whisk it properly. To Prepare the sugar syrup add 2 2/3 cup water, rose water and 3 cup sugar in a pan. Bring it to boil and stir it till it reaches the one string consistency. Add cardamom and saffron just before the syrup is ready.

3. In the mean time heat the oil in the wok or Kadhai and pour the batter in a steady stream and make the coils. Make only few at a time so that they are cooked properly. Deep fry them till they are golden and crisp but make sure they do not turn brown in color.

4. Remove and drain it on paper towel and immerse in the syrup. leave them there for 5 minutes so that they soak the sugar syrup and then serve them hot.
