This Indian dish is really very tasty and is almost made in every house during monsoon with kheer and Indians love to eat it during rains and enjoy rains and this sweet dish.
1. Flour (2 cups)
2. Gur or shaker (1-1½ cup)
4. Oil for frying
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Firstly sift the flour and add sugar according to your taste (if you want it to be more sweet and 1 ½ cup otherwise 1 cup) and water. Mix it to make smooth batter.
2. In the mean time add oil in the wok and heat it. Now pour the little of batter in it and fry till its golden brown in color. Add only one at a time.
3. You can also make them on nonstick tava with little oil if you are health conscious. But frying makes them tastier according to me. Drain them on paper towel and serve hot with kheer or alone.
