Irish Coffee Pudding Recipe

Ingredient
Very strong coffee (1 cup)
Eggs (6)
Whipping cream (10 fluid ounces)
Crushed walnuts (3 ounces)
Powdered gelatin (1½ ounces)
Irish whiskey (1/3 cup)
Sugar (8 ounces)

Method Of Preparation:-
Firstly separate the yolks and whites of the eggs. Now cream the yolks with the sugar in the bowl. Now heat the coffee until hot and add gelatin and dissolve it. Now add it into beaten yolks and beat well. Now put the bowl over the boiling water and continue beating until it begins to thicken. Now remove it from heat. Set aside and let it cool. When it has cooled a little, place it on the cracked ice and stir continuously. Now whip in the cream and fold it in. Now add the whiskey and lastly add the well beaten egg whites. Pour it into a soufflé dish that has parchment paper tied around it. Now put the mixture in it and let it set.
