Irish Whiskey & Ginger Cream Recipe

This recipe is really very tasty and sweet cookies served with it gives the taste a little zing.

Ingredient
1. Egg whites (2)
2. Ginger marmalade (2 tbsp)
3. Heavy cream – chilled (10 fluid ounces)
4. Irish whiskey (2 tbsp)
5. Rind of 1 lemon grated
6. Superfine sugar (2 tbsp)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Add marmalade, sugar, whiskey, and lemon rind in the bowl and stir it well. Stir in the cream slowly and beat till it is mixed evenly and then beat with electric beater until it is thick.

2. Beat the egg whites so that they are stiff and then add them in the cream and blend well. Now add them in the serving bowls or glasses or whatever you wish and refrigerate it for 30 minutes. Serve chilled with brandy or ginger sweet cookies.
