This pumpkin pie is really very tasty and a good treat for everyone.
Ingredients:
Egg whites (2), Egg (1), Mashed cooked pumpkin -1 can (29 ounces), Pumpkin-pie spice (1½ teaspoons), Skim milk (½ cup), Pastry shell (1 unbaked 9 inch deep dish), Sugar (½ cup), Salt (½ teaspoon)
Method Of Preparation:-
Take a bowl and combine sugar, pumpkin pie spice, salt, milk, egg whites and mashed pumpkin. Beat them in the mixture until they become smooth. Now pour it into a pastry shell and bake it at 425 degrees for 50 minutes or until it clears tooth pick test. Cool it im a wire rack before serving.
