Light Pumpkin Pie Recipe

This pumpkin pie is really very tasty and a good treat for everyone.

Ingredients:
1. Egg whites (2)
2. Egg (1)
3. Mashed cooked pumpkin -1 can (29 ounces)
4. Pumpkin-pie spice (1½ teaspoons)
5. Skim milk (½ cup)
6. Pastry shell (1 unbaked 9 inch deep dish)
7. Sugar (½ cup)
8. Salt (½ teaspoon)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a bowl and combine sugar, pumpkin pie spice, salt, milk, egg, egg whites and mashed pumpkin. Beat them in the mixture until they become smooth.

2. Now pour it into a pastry shell and bake it at 425 degrees for 50 minutes or until it clears tooth pick test. Cool it in a wire rack before serving.
