Irish Jig Dessert Recipe
This dessert recipe contains coconut macaroons with whipped cream and whiskey and taste is really very good.
Ingredient
Coconut macaroons (1 cup), Whiskey (2 tbsp), Heavy whipping cream (2 cups), Vanilla extract (½ tsp), Sugar (2 tbsp), Confectioner’s sugar (1 tsp)
Method Of Preparation:-
Firstly crush the macaroons and set aside. Take out the chilled whipping cream and mix up all the ingredients except macaroons. Beat to form stiff peaks and add ¾ cup macaroons. Mix them well and sprinkle rest of them. You can also serve it with the chocolate at a side. Serve immediately.
