Irish Whiskey Pie Recipe
This pie contains the taste of Irish whiskey with eggs, gelatin and heavy cream etc.
Ingredient
Baked graham cracker crumb crust cooled 10 inch size, Cold water (1/4 Cup), Envelope gelatin (1), Egg yolks (5), Heavy cream (1½ Cups), Irish whiskey (½ Cup), Sugar (3/4 Cup), Shaved Chocolate (2 Tb)
Method Of Preparation:-
Firstly beat the egg yolks till they are lemon colored and thick. Slowly beat the sugar and soften gelatin in water and then add ¼ cup Irish Whiskey. Heat it over the boiling water until the gelatin dissolves. Add gelatin mixture into the egg yolks with stirring quickly. Now pour the remaining whiskey and mix the whipped cream. Pour the filing in the pie shell and refrigerate it. You can also decorate it with chocolate and remaining cream.
