Malai Vala Kadhah Recipe
This is one of my favorite dish and I love to eat and make this whenever I m at my native place because presently where I am living I don’t get malai from my milk as I take milk packets.
Ingredients:-
Malai (1 cup), Suji or flour (1 cup), Sugar (1 cup), Water (3 cups)
Method Of Preparation:-
Take a pan and melt the malai in it on high heat. When it’s just done add flour or suji and cook it until it turns brown in color with continuously stirring. Add sugar and water and cook it until it thicken and holds a shape. Remember to stir continuously while making it.
