Mango Banana Delight Recipe
This French recipe is low calorie, low sugar and low cholesterol in nature and is very healthy indeed and very easy to make it also.
Ingredients
Ripe Banana (1), Raspberries (1/2 Cup), Ripe mango (1), Apricot Jelly (1 tsp.), Fromage Blanc or cottage cheese (2 Cups), Splenda (1 tsp.)
Method Of Preparation:-
Take a bowl and stir Splenda and lemon juice which will help to keep the fruits fresh and colorful. Now slice up the banana and mango and stir and mash them in the bowl to cover the fruits evenly. Now in finely meshed strainer, press and rub the raspberries until all juice comes out. Now take a small pot and melt apricot jelly with raspberries on a low heat. Stir it continuously and taste it if you feel the need to add sugar add Splenda. Now add cottage cheese in the cup, add fruit mixture and raspberry sauce. Serve it.
