This is an Irish dessert which is made with boiled potatoes, eggs, butter, oranges and whiskey.

Ingredient
Boiled potatoes (1/2 pound), Eggs (2), Butter melted (1/4 pound), Almonds pounded, Orange extract (1 tablespoon), Whiskey (4 fluid ounces), Sugar (3/4 pound)

Method Of Preparation:-
Mash the potatoes. Separate the yolks and whites of the eggs and beat separately, till the yolks are lemon colored and whites are until stiff. Now add almonds, sugar, orange extract and egg yolk to the potatoes and mix them well. Now add the glass of whiskey and combine well. Now fold it in the egg whites. In the mean time grease and flour the cake pan and bake at 375 F for 40-45 minutes.
