Sour Cream Pound Cake Recipe
This sour cream pound cake contains eggs, butter, sugar, soda, flour and sour cream which gives it a slightly tang taste.
Ingredients:
All-purpose flour (3 cups), Sour cream (8 oz. carton), Butter (2 sticks), Vanilla (1 tsp.), Baking soda (1/4 tsp.), Eggs (6), Sugar (3 cup), Salt (1/4 tsp.)
Method Of Preparation:-
Take a bowl and thoroughly cream together sugar, butter and vanilla until they are light. Now add eggs one at a time and whisk it for one min every time you add egg. Now sift salt, soda and flour together. Now add alternately it with sour cream, with beating until they combine. Pour into a waxed paper lined pan. Bake at 325 degrees about 75-90 minutes or until it clears toothpick test.
