Baked Bananas Recipe

Ingredients
1. Bananas (4)
2. grated rind and juice of (1 orange)
3. butter (30gms)
4. brown sugar (50gms)
5. dark rum (2tbsp)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take bananas, peel them and cut them into thick slices. Take a heat proof serving dish, place banana slices on it. Pour the orange juice and rum over the banana slices and then dust sugar and grated rind of the orange on it.

2. Take butter and cut it into cubes and then place on the top of the bananas. Cover the dish with foil and place it in the oven and then bake bananas for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees C. When the bananas get baked then take out the dish from the oven and serve warm with vanilla ice-cream or fresh cream.
