Churros With Hot Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients
1. Flour (200g)
2. Dark chocolate (115g)
3. Milk (1L)
4. Corn flour (1 tbsp)
5. Water (250ml)
6. Sunflower oil for deep frying (50ml)
7. Sugar (4 tbsp)
8. Caster sugar (for sprinkling)
9. Salt (1/2 tsp)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Boil water, oil and salt in a pan. Now simmer the gas and add flour. Now beat the mixture to form a ball and remove from heat.
2. Heat up oil for deep frying in the mean time. Using a icing syringe, make pipe thick strips into the oil and fry until golden brown. Place on a plate and sprinkle castor sugar.
3. Now for chocolate sauce put chocolate and half milk in the pan and heat it. Mix corn flour in the rest of the milk and add sugar. Now mix this with the chocolate. Heat it with stirring till it thickens. Now whisk it to make it smooth and serve them with Churros
