Cinnamon Ice Cream Recipe

This ice cream is having a very delicious flavor of cinnamon and is very tasty.

Ingredients :
1. Egg yolks (8)
2. Cinnamon stick (1)
3. Cream (1/2 liter)
4. Milk (1/4 liter)
5. Lemon peel (1 large piece)
6. Pinch of salt
7. Sugar (300g)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Boil milk, sugar, cinnamon stick and lemon peel in a pan. Simmer the gas and let it cook for 15 minutes. Beat the egg yolk with salt till they are thick in a glass bowl and then place it over the boiling pan of water and cook till they thicken a little more.

2. Remove lemon and cinnamon stick and whisk the milk with eggs. And continue cooking over the pan of boiling water till it thickens enough to stick a spoon. Now remove it from the heat and mix cream in it. Let it cool. Refrigerate it and when it’s semi frozen beat it and again freeze it. Serve it.
