Easy Turron Ice Cream With Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients
1. Hard Turron or almond nougat candy (1tablet of 5.25 oz or 150gms)
2. butter (1tsp)
3. milk (4 oz)
4. powdered sugar (3tbsp)
5. baking chocolate (3 oz)
6. soft turron (1tablet of 10.5 oz about 300 gms)
7. light whipping cream (1c)
8. French Vanilla ice cream (1 quart)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take soft turrons cut them into cubes of 1 inch. Take a blender, scoop ice cream in it and then add turron and whipping cream in it. Blend it until the turron gets mix with ice cream.

2. Take a glass baking dish of 9*12 inch; pour the ice cream mixture in it and the spread it lightly. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and then place it in the freezer.

3. Take a saucepan of small size, place it over low heat. Break chocolate into pieces and put the pieces in the pan with milk, powdered sugar and butter. Heat the mixture by stirring regularly until the chocolate gets melted and the sauce becomes smooth.

4. If the sauce becomes too thick then add 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk in it and blend it again until it becomes smooth. Now break the hard turon into pieces and put them in the food processor. Pulse on and off the processor until turron gets broken into small pieces.

5. Take out the ice cream mixture from the freezer and pour the chocolate sauce over it and then spread it over the half of the ice cream. Then dust the crushed turron immediately over the top. Freeze it for at least 3 hours until the ice cream gets harden. Take out the ice cream from the freezer 5 minutes before serving. Cut it into squares and then serve it.
