Fried Pineapple In Rum Recipe

Ingredients
1. Sunflower oil (1 tbsp)
2. Whole pineapple (1)
3. Dark rum (2 tbsp)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Remove the peel form the pineapple and cut it into rectangular pieces. Cook it in non stick pan over the medium heat in oil till the golden brown.
2. Now remove it from heat and pour rum over the pineapple. Let it mix with the pineapple juice in the pan. Serve it in the dish by pouring the liquid from the pan.
